Lucas is almost a year old and looking for a new home. He hopes to find one with a dog he can spend time with! Lucas enjoys playing with dogs,,large or small!
This adorable boy is quite skittish and shy with people. He takes a while to warm up to strangers, and likes to stay close to his favourite person. Although he is used to children we'd prefer him in a home without toddlers.
Lucas is playful and loves his walks. When he is relaxed and comfortable he will entice his person into a game. He is crate-trained and will go into his safe spot when he wants to be left alone.
His fur needs regular grooming and he gives no trouble at the groomers. Although he barks when strangers first approach, after a bit he quiets down and politely keeps his distance.
Lucas would do well in a home where his family will help him gain confidence and perhaps further his training.
